The reason for the title - youtu.be/ZtSu_m0L4co
I was tempted to use the big clock again but it doesn't work with visbubble.

Actually, OP misinformed you. It's quite easy to resize VisBubble. Go to Documents \ Rainmeter \ Skins \ VisBubble \ Settings.inc

Then scroll down until you find "Diameter", and I believe by default it's set to 270. You can reset it to whatever number fits your background. Have fun!

Sorry there is no easy way to resize it. You would have to dig into the code.
If you want just right click on it and find x and y parameters (i think) and change them to how you want.
If there is none maybe check the Rainmeter folder in the documets.

That's not using rainmeter. Just pin something like browser there and right click on that and you'll see the program that you pinned for exaple Mozzila Firefox right above unpin.
Right click on that icon and go to properties and at the bottom of that window you will find the change icon button. Click on that.
On the new window click on browse button and locate your icon (must be .ico file) and select it.
Then click on, then apply and ok. You should see the change after you relog/restart.
And thanks, I like it too :D

Thank you that helped but how do I make it have a little picture in it or theme? I'm currently running on Windows 8. I'm not pretty sure what to do. But anyways thank you for helping me out! :)

You have to download the Icons that I provided in the description of the photo.
Icons: M'Flat | Mushcube <== These. And I don't remember if they are .png file or .ico but you can convert files to ico here: www.convertico.com/
Just select the file from your computer and press go, then download and use it with instructions I provided.

Are the dots around the clock an indication of time? In the screenshot it looks like they might be 'dancing'/'bouncing' around the circle.

It's called an audio visualizer (or a visualizer spectrum), and the dots bounce up and down in relation to a sound your system makes. Audio visualizers are usually straight. If there is a note/beat/sound playing from your computer, one or more of the dots on the visualizer will bounce. If the pitch/frequency is high, the right end of the spectrum will react; vice versa for the left end of the spectrum. A great example of a regular audio visualizer is found in every Monstercat video in the past 3 years. I'll give one example: www.youtube.com/watch?v=TIx46q… . VisBubble is essentially a visualizer spectrum bent into a circle. The reason that they are dots on OP's desktop is that OP loaded a certain design for his Rainmeter for a more "minimalist" look. You can download VisBubble here: madhoe.deviantart.com/art/VisB… .

Don't listen to OP, he seems like he doesn't know much about Visbubble.

Yes they are 'bouncing'. Any sound your system produces like an audio player is going to make them move.
It's VisBubble, check it out here: imgur.com/a/fUv0x#4
